It is with sadness that we announce the death of Francis Julien, affectionately known as “Paul’ or “Parblo”, from Morne Rachette who resided in Salisbury. He was 63 years old.
He was preceded in death by his son Eardly Julien.
He left to mourn his:

The funeral service for the late Francis Julien will be held on Thursday, 22nd February 2024 at 3:00pm at the St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church, Salisbury, Dominica. Viewing begins at 2.30pm, and interment will be at the Salisbury Roman Catholic Cemetery.
