We announce the Death of 57 -year -old Dave Charlesworth Darroux of Marigot who resided in Tortola but died at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.
Leaves to mourn his:
Mother: Florence Valmond Smith also known as Say-say of Marigot.
Four sisters: Roma in Guadeloupe, Sandra in Dominica, Valda in the US and Debbie in Tortola.
Aunt: Seeoma in Guadeloupe.
Brothers: Shanglar, Clem, pepper and Crusoe in Marigot, and Elroy Darroux in Colihaut.
Children: Dave Jr. in Tortola, Didee and Darlia Darroux in Santa Domingo. Three grand children.
Brothers-in-law: Renrick in Tortola, McCarty in Marigot, and Deis in Guadaloupe.
Sisters-in-law: Brenda and May in Colihaut.
Nieces: Dernel, Danel, Donalie and Jem of Marigot, Janel in Antigua, Janel in Tortola, Allison and Velma in France, and Addie in the US.
Nephews: Kelly in the U.S, Daquarn, Demoi and Deshoi in Tortola, Junior in Antigua, Shervanie and Junior in Marigot and Sherwin Stoute in Point Mitchel.
Three Grand nieces and fourteen grand nephews including Lesroy Jr.
Close friends Christine Edwards, Doreen Foye, and Morris in Tortola, Thomas Serrant, Junior Charles, Sherlon Honore in Dominica and the team at Meridian Construction in Tortola.
The Darroux family in Good Hope, Castle Bruce, and the Kalinago Territory;
Doctor Giraudel and the other nurses and Doctors in the Dialysis ward. Other family and friends in Dominica and Tortola too numerous to mention.
He will be laid to rest on Tuesday 15th October 2024 at the Wesley Roman Catholic Church. Viewing at 2:30pm and Funeral Mass at 3pm. Interment will follow at the Wesley Roman Catholic Cemetery.
