Celia Stoute-Simon, 26, from the village of San Sauveur is the new and youngest Director of Operations at Clear Harbor Dominica.
She took over operations of the company following the resignation of Alice Honore Simon.Stoute- Simon has been employed at Clear Harbor for about 8 years and has held various positions at the company.As manager, Celia plans to continue to assist in the overall development of the company and to oversee continuous growth within Clear Harbor.
She borrows her favourite quote from Winston Churchill who said “Success is not final; failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”
