The management team of Gael โTrilla-Gโ Jno-Baptiste invites you to an official press conference to introduce Trilla-G on de mic in Calypso.
As one of Dominicaโs most exciting young entertainers, Trilla-G brings new dynamism and excitement to Calypso, and we are happy to let the people know of his plans for the 2023 Calypso season.
We are honoured that Trilla-G has qualified for the 2023 Calypso Finals competition. We thank the Dominica Calypso Association for the embrace and the Dominican public for such overwhelmingly support of Trilla-G and Calypso in general.
Part of our preparation for the event is to engage the public. This is why we are pleased to announced, Trilla-Gโs first round song, “De Boy Cut”, will be released โliveโ on the night of the Calypso Finals. Our decision is in keeping with the strategy that has been agreed upon to offer the public the best and most spectacular possible presentation.
Calypso is the business of the peopleโs issues and Trilla-G brings the peoplesโ issue to light in both songs: “De Boy Cut” and “Dick Taylor Ship”.
The media is therefore invited to meet with Trilla-G on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at The
National Co-operative Credit Union boardroom in Roseau from 10:00am for a live press
conference. Trilla-G will present special tokens to media representatives and members of the
public who attend this Tuesdayโs press conference.
Camp Trilla-G calls on carnival organizers and lovers, patronizes, revellers, and the general public to celebrate our carnival in the true spirit of the event. We wish you a peaceful and
enjoyable season and promise that Trilla-G is ready to represent on the Grand Kaiso Finals on February 18.
Trilla-G personally puts a shout-out out to the youth, asking them to own our carnival by participating in any aspect of the celebration- especially and including Calypso.
We will see you at the finals!
