The Process Audit Coordinator works closely with the HR team to understand all HR system technologies and enhancements.
Primary focus is on auditing practices and processes for all aspects of the human resource functionality on a real time basis as well as a regular more standardized timeframe.
KEY DUTIES include:
• Create and schedule audits various audits including and not limited to:
• Compliance audits
• Best Practices audits
• Strategic audits
• Function-Specific audits
• Review operational procedures to ensure compliance with Clear Harbor standards and legal requirements
• Conduct interviews with team to determine whether they are following internal policies and procedures
• Determine best practices within the department and
• Review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Develop and design audit strategies based on areas of concern
• Prepare reports summarizing audit findings and recommendations for corrective action
• Audit all systems from HRIS and Recruiting with analyses provided to RDHR and recommendations to team member on how to ameliorate areas of findings
• Complete any other HR duties assigned
Requirements:
• Knowledge of Data Analysis & Auditing
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel Excellent people skills
• This position requires long term planning, execution as well as feedback analysis, interpretation, and presentation.
• Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines
