We announce the Death of Karen A. E. Richards, age 62 of Goodwill, who resided at Cochrane She passed away on May 10, 2025. She was a former teacher at the Newtown Primary School and the Massacre Canefield Primary School

She leaves to mourn her siblings Katherine, Keith, Kennedy, Kendal and Kirsten Richards

Sisters in law: Julietta Richards and Joycelyn Richards

Aunts: Mrs. Charmain Richards Lewis, Mrs. Fern Douglas in Canada, Decima and Sylma Gustave in the United States.

Uncles: Peter Arthur Richards in the US, Reynold ‘Smokey’ Richards in the US, Isaiah ‘Pal’ Richards of River Bank, Roseau.

Several nieces and nephews, including Keegan, Keith Jr, Kelon, Kimberly, Kerry-Ann, Kory, Kendra, Kandice, Krista, Kedian, Kyle, Kishon, Kanita and Kelsey Guye. Zev, Abygail and Jansel Richards, Malaika Sharplis.

Numerous cousins including Cee-Ann Lafond, Beverly Richards, Mervin Jno. Baptiste, Romeo, Mario and Sharon Fonrose, Paris Richards, Jason Richards. The funeral mass of the late Karen Angela Elizabeth Richards will take place on Friday June 13th, 2025 at the St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church in Pottersville. Viewing will be from 2:00pm and the service will begin at 2:30pm followed by interment at the Roseau Roman Catholic Cemetery.
