The Flair Master & Mixologist will keep guests entertained while expertly preparing their preferred beverages. Must have the ability to perform bar shows by juggling, throwing, and catching bottles, and performing other mixing tricks.   Additionally, the selected candidate must create classic and unique drinks and possess sound knowledge of beers, cocktails, spirits and wines.

Requirements:

At least two (2) years beverage service experience working in an upscale restaurant, lounge, hotel
Knowledge of beer, cocktails, spirits, and wine

Ability to multi-task and remain organized and flexible in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with guests and all levels of employees.
