The International Airport Development Company (IADC) requires for employment an individual to fill the position of Executive Secretary.
Job Summary
The Executive Secretary will provide high level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the International Airport Development Company (IADC). The person will prepare reports and other pertinent documents, field information requests as well as perform routine administrative functions inclusive of preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications and Education
Completion of an Associate Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration or related field.
Required Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in office administration or related field.
Knowledge/ Skills/Attributes
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as records management, minute taking and transcription and other office administration procedures and practices.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Skills required:
