The Dominica National Lottery is seeking an Operations Supervisor with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to supervise our VLT Entertainment Center (Blast).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to follow general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in computer software such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to follow and provide accuracy in accounting procedures.
- Efficiency in managing and executing promotional activities.
- High standard of ethical and moral behavior.
- Must be able to work both day and night shifts, weekends and holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A Diploma or certificate in business administration, accounts, sales & marketing or related
field.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in sales, cash handling and customer service.
- Supervisory experience in a capacity of similar responsibility for at least four (4) years and
Customer Service training would be an asset.
