In accordance with our obligations under the Banking Act no 4 of 2015, Sections 167 and 168, the National Bank of Dominica Ltd (NBD) hereby publish the names and addresses of shareholders with unclaimed dividend payment which has been classified as abandoned property under the Act, as fifteen (15) years has elapsed.

Shareholders named below who wish to receive the unclaimed dividend payment should contact the Office of Corporate Secretary at 767-255-2313/2320 or email address at [email protected] or [email protected].

If no claim is made by Friday 31st August 2023, the unclaimed dividend payment will be transferred to the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB).
