Excitement is building as the St. Lucia Amateur Bodybuilding and Fitness Association gets ready for their upcoming National Bodybuilding Championships!
On Saturday 26th August 2023 from 8:00 pm at the National Culturally Center, national athletes will compete in the categories of Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique and Classic Physique.
The guest posers for the event are Eddy Wilson of Suriname, winner of the 2023 IFBB Elite Pro Roger Boyce Classics and Ambassador Kimberly Percival of Antigua and Barbuda, reigning 2022 World Bikini Fitness Vice Champion.
Mr Eddy Wilson is a IFBB Elite Pro Bodybuilder who has competed twenty times in his bodybuilding career, winning first place in ten competitions to date.
Ambassador Kimberly Percival is a six-time Undefeated National Bikini Fitness Champion and a three-time National Sports Woman of the Year. She has competed internationally in countries such as Spain, Prague & Finland; capturing gold in 7 of the 8 championships she has participated in since earning Pro status.
The Association also wants to let their fans know of a workshop to be held for ladies interested in competing in Bikini, Wellness, and Figure Fitness on the day of the competition, Saturday 26th August 2023 at 10:00 am at the National Cultural Centre. Ladies are asked to wear something fitted (leggings, shorts, a fitted top or a sports bra) as well as stiletto heels. Entrance is FREE!! This is an excellent opportunity for all ladies interested in wellness and body fitness!
