Suspension of Formal Online Education Sessions

The Ministry of Education has informed that formal online educational sessions will be officially suspended from April 3, 2020, to allow teachers to have their Easter Break.

Sessions will resume at the beginning of the third term on April 20, 2020.

The Ministry of Education requests that parents assist children at home during this period and ensure that children are productively engaged.

The Ministry thanks all school principals and staff for working to ensure that students were engaged online as far as possible during the past two weeks. We look forward to continued close collaboration with all stakeholders as we embark on this difficult and unpredictable journey together.Educators throughout the island had been engaged in online learning as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
