Signal Band who recently represented Dominica I Trinidad at CARIFESTA will be performing at WCMF.

Anwar Cadette said that Signal is thrilled to be at WCMF for the third time and will be adding the things learned at Trinidad into their signature performance.

The plan says Anwar is to “Cement ourselves as one of Dominica’s best bands, one of the most loved bands and a band to move forward with the WCMF”.Signal will be performing on the Sunday night at the 2019 WCMF.
