The National Youth Council of Dominica (NYCD) has launched a program that will enable young persons to increase employable opportunities. This program is titled “The Skills for Youth Employment in the Caribbean.”
Funded by the United Kingdom, the program is being implemented across the islands of Dominica, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and Grenada. President of the NYCD Paul Baron states that the Council is happy to be involved in such a project that will enable the youth opportunities to contribute to nation building.
