Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has promised a new port for Dominica. “Before independence, I am going to invite all of you to join me at the Woodbridge Bay for the unveiling of designs for what will be the most modern and picturesque cruise and cargo facility in the entire Caribbean.”
The Prime Minister made the comment on Sunday at the launching of former UWP candidate and current DLP candidate for Roseau North Joseph Isaac. The groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for October.
