On Monday 24th July, 2023 Justice Astaphans granted bail to one adult male, Samron Thomas in the sum of $50,000.00.
Thomas was charged for the murder of 25 year old Ronel Desiree of Eggleston on November 8, 2022 after he fatally shot Desiree at the Alford Ward at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital (DCFH) on October 31, 2022.
This is the second murder charge against Thomas, after being jointly charged for the murder of Damien Ernest of Kings Hill in 2020.
