Are you a compassionate sales leader experienced with generating new business with consumers in Dominica?
MASA Assist is looking for a new Sales Manager to develop and execute strategies that will protect more Dominicans from the high costs of emergency medical transportation.
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Sr. Vice President of Sales, you will leverage your skills and experience to increase overall sales, customer retention, and sales team performance. We will count on you to:
- Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them.
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of independent sales representatives.
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
- Generate new leads while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new business.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics including community engagement, marketing, and advertising proposals.
- Maintain open lines of communication with company leaders, sharing ongoing sales success metrics.
What We Will Need From You
- Permanent residence in the Commonwealth of Dominica.
- 5+ years of overall sales experience in Dominica, including 2+ years managing salespeople.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Additional preferred qualifications: a bachelor’s degree, work experience in the Insurance industry.
