Residents of La Plaine were presented with commitment letters for 66 housing units which were recently constructed by the Government of Dominica under an arrangement with Montreal Management Consultants Est (MMCE).

The prime minister promised that the recipients will also receive titles for their new homes. The letters were presented at an official ceremony on Tuesday.
