My name is Cassie Pringle. I am 37 and I have 2 boys Jayden (15) and Frankie (11). I like Movies and Karaoke and enjoy a nice glass of wine and pizza. I was born in Dominica and raised in Antigua, where i have lived most of my life. Covid19 saw me laid off from my job in April and just when I thought things were looking up. I get diagnosed with Cancer.
My year started out with a blood clot in my leg. I was hospitalized and treated and sent home with a regiment to make me better. 3 months later, clot was gone and I was on my way to getting my life back on track, however the pain in my back and leg kept getting worst. After countless doctor and emergency room visits and no answers as to why I am unable to move around without pain, I finally saw a doctor who found the culprit. It is a mass the size of 4 tennis balls growing in my back and pushing against my organs and nerves. After scans and ultrasounds I found out that it is stage 4 and has metastasized to my lungs, liver, colon and bladder. We are still in the process of doing test and the doctors are finding it difficult to pinpoint where exactly the mass is originating from.
Your help today will help with Medical Testing to pinpoint the kind of cancer and treatment plan and also to help me relocate to my home in Dominica where I can be around and with my family and people to help care for me. The funds will also buy a plane ticket to bring my 11 year old son who I have not seen in a long time to see me from the UK.
