At 4:05 pm on 13th April 2019, the Royal Anguilla Police force responded to an incident which took place in the West End area in Anguilla. The incident resulted in the death of Kenney Ritchie Mitchel of Dominica who resided in Anguilla.
One person was charged and brought before the court today. The incident is sparking lots of reaction among the Dominican and Anguillan community. Emonews will continue to follow this news item and update when information becomes available.
