The High Commission of India resident in Port of Spain and concurrently accredited to Commonwealth of Dominica is delighted to announce the celebration of the 11th International Day of Yoga on June 8, 2025, at 6:30 AM at the
Dominica Botanical Garden, Bath Road, Roseau, Dominica. This global event, themed “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” promotes holistic well-being and unity through the ancient practice of yoga.
The event will be graced by the High Commissioner of India, Dr. Pradeep Singh Rajpurohit, and will feature esteemed Yoga Master Shri Ajay Kumar Rathi from India, who will guide participants through an enriching yoga session. This celebration offers an opportunity for the community to embrace yoga’s benefits for physical, mental, and spiritual health while fostering a sense of global harmony.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats. The High Commission will provide Yoga T-shirts free of cost, and attendees can share their T-shirt size preferences via the Google link provided in the event flyer. Light refreshments will also be arranged for all participants.
