Dominica’s Olympic Hopeful Is Eager To Continue Training

Bram Sanderson who was in Cyprus training for the K1 Sprint 200m Kayak before the COVID-19 pandemic is eager to return to continue training.

Sanderson who hopes to secure a spot in the Olympic games was training for the Panamian Championship Olympic qualifier which was scheduled to take place in Brazil from the 5th to 10th of May.

Sanderson says that his advice to the public would be to use the time in quarantine to pray more, bond with family and meditate.

He says to everyone, “Keep smiling with family, friends and foes as a smile is a powerful expression of love, hope, faith, happiness, gratitude and humility.

Sanderson also says to stay healthy. He shares that he exercises for 15-20 mins three times per day and hydrates with cucumber water. He eats healthy and drinks a lot of herb tea to keep boosting the immune system. He shares his ‘workout parties’ on social media to keep as many viewers motivated.
