It is with profound sadness we announce the death of 76-year-old Rupert James Scotland of 17 Scotland Lane, Goodwill. He died on October 8, 2019, at the Dominica Infirmary.
He left to mourn:

Three sons: Cecil and Pastor Alexander Scotland in the USA and Nicholson Scotland in St. Lucia
Five daughters: Norma, Alces, Susan Scotland Joseph, and Murium in the US & Hannah in Canada
21 grand-children including Lyndon, Cilda, Geovanni, Jairah, Sierah-lyn, Zion, Seth, Samia
God Child: Mervin Henderson
Son in law: Lincoln, Stevenson, Steven, Anderson
Daughters in law: Jennifer, Judy, Samara
Sisters: Christabel, Ruth, Rose
Brothers: Cecil, Alexander
Brothers in law: Lavery, Charles, Charlie, Lipson, Norris, and Terrence
Sisters in law: Martina, Andrea, Odiel, Doreen
14 nieces and 12 nephews
Close family and friends: The Scotland family both here and abroad, The Hills, Pastor Lena Augustine and congregation of the Mahaut Gospel Tabernacle, Staff & Residents of the Dominica Infirmary.

The body of the late Rupert James Scotland will leave the Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Friday, October 18, 2019. Funeral Service will take place at the Truth & Grace Global Fellowship Church. Viewing at 2:30 pm followed by the service at 3:00 pm. Internment at the Roseau Public Cemetery.
