It is with profound sadness we announce the death of Wilma Joyce Noel, of Pichelin, a former teacher of the Goodwill Primary School who passed away at the (Dominica China Friendship Hospital Intensive Care Unit) on Friday 17th February, 2023.

The Funeral of the late Wilma Joyce Noel will be held at the People’s Pentecostal Family Church on Thursday 2nd of March.
Viewing will take place from 2:00 pm; service will begin at 2:30 p.m., followed by interment at the Grand Bay Public Cemetery.
