We announce the death of Ralph Stanford Prosper (Aka Sickey) of St. Joseph, resided in St. Thomas. He died on March 25th , 2023. He was 64 years old.
He was predeceased by his son the late Stanford Prosper who resided in St. Martin.
He lives to mourn his wife Veronica Prosper.
Ten children and their spouses; Francis Prosper in France, Carel Hypolite, Jeff Prosper, Marcus Laurent in Antigua, Ralph and Shari Joseph in Guadeloupe, Verna Prosper, Francess Pierre-Joseph (Atis Joseph) in France, Francine Prosper-Mills nurse at DCFH (Daren Mills of The Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force) and Michelle Henry.
Seventeen grandchildren including Mia Polydore, JT Hypolite, Randel Hypolite, Nathan, Johnathan and Mathis Joseph, Levian Prosper, Ajany and Shaden Matthew, Olu-Dara and Odaiya Mills
Four siblings; Jerry Prosper, Erwin Bernard, Verna Prosper-King in USA and Theresa Chambers in USA.
Four Aunts; Donabell Pierre, Primrose Alexander, Blossom John Phillip and Patsy Pierre
Three uncles; Eddy Pierre, Earlsworth and Charlesworth
Nephews including Lawson Prosper of the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force, Craig, Stephen, Xavier.
Nieces: Dornette Chambers
Mother in law Clara Serrant in Guadeloupe, Father in law Reynold Phillip in England
Close friends; Terreal, Nahim, Pierre Gardie and Jepson Metor
He will be remembered by a host of relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
The funeral of the late Ralph Stanford Prosper Aka Sickey of St. Joseph who resided in St. Thomas will take place on Thursday 6th April 2023 at the St. Joseph Seventh-day Adventist Church. Viewing and tributes at 1:30 pm-2:30 pm. The service will begin at 2:30 pm sharp.
Internment Salisbury Public Cemetery.
