The Dominica Association of Persons with Disabilities (DAPD) Inc. has successfully convened its 41st Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 4th June 2025, under the theme: Employment Creation for Persons with Disabilities… A National Imperative.
At the meeting, three (3) directors were newly elected, with one re-elected, to join four (4) previously
serving directors. These individuals will lead the organization in fulfilling its mission to support
persons with disabilities in Dominica.
Following this, a meeting was held on Thursday 12th June 2025, to elect officers. The Board of
Directors for the 2025-2026 term is composed of:
President: Judy Sango
Vice-President: Sonia Julien Blackwell
Secretary: Seraphine Jno. Lewis
Treasurer: Nathalie Murphy
Assistant Secretary/Treasurer: Loik Charles
Directors: Timeus Pierre-Louis and Mathias Bruno
This leadership team is expected to bring dedication and expertise to advancing opportunities for
persons with disabilities across Dominica.
