We announce the death of Annie Winston Charles, departed on 27th August 2024, at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital. She resided at Elmshall. She leaves to grieve the following:

Funeral details:

The funeral service of the late Annie Winston Charles will take place on Monday 16th September 2024 at St. Alphonsus Church, Goodwill. Viewing time will be at 2:30 p.m and service will be at 3:00 pm. Interment: Roseau Roman Catholic Cemetery.
