We announce the passing of 90-year-old Catherine Cecelia Laudat, affectionately known as Ma Phanso, Mama, Sister Catherine, and Cato. Originally from Coulibistrie, Dominica, she later made her home in Georgia, USA, where she peacefully transitioned, surrounded by friends and family, on June 15, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her son, Fabian Laudat, and her husband, Alphonso Laudat.
She is lovingly remembered by her family and extended loved ones, which include:

The funeral service for Catherine Cecelia Laudat will take place on July 20, 2024, at Fayette Family Church in Fayetteville, GA. Viewing will begin at 10 AM, followed by the service at 11 AM.
The Coulibistrie Baptist Church will host a live viewing of the funeral, commencing at 10 AM.
