We announce the death of 87 years old Eugenia ‘’ Genia’’ Celestine of Lagoon, Portsmouth who resided in Savanne Paille.
She died on October 20th, 2023 at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.
She left to mourn:
Best friend: Cynthie Sylvester
Grand neice: Curlis Joseph
2 sisters: Jane and Florina
2 adopted Grand Children: Berkisha Collaire and Vanick Celestine
Adopted son: Osborne Casimir
Adopted daughter: Glenda
Special friends: Caretaker Mary Simon, Justina Ferrol and family, Laurine Casimir and family, Bernard Pacquette, Eulalie Burton and family and Euthalie Riviere and family.
Other family and friends from the Lagoon to Capuchin communities too numerous to mention.
The body of the late Eugenia Celestine will be transported from the North Eastern Funeral home for viewing at 2:30pm at the Reconciliation and Deliverance Ministry on Monday 30th October 2023. Funeral service takes place at 3:00pm followed by internment at the Chance Public Cemetery.
