It is with sadness that we announce the death of 83 year old Fidelis Philbert Valentine better known as “Suki” of Portsmouth. He was a member of the North Eastern Funeral Association.
He died on Saturday July 2nd at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.
He will be remembered by his sons: Rudy Valentine & Richmond Valentine Superintendent of Police in the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force.

The viewing of the late Fidelis Philbert Valentine will take place on Friday July 15th at the Portsmouth Roman Catholic Church from 2:30pm. The funeral mass begins at 3:00pm, followed by interment at the Portsmouth Roman Catholic Cemetery.
