It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Edward Joseph ‘Torlie’, of Victoria, Delices, Commonwealth of Dominica, at the age of 80 years.
He died on 30th April 2023 at his residence.
He is survived by his:

The body of the late Edward “Torlie” Joseph will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for funeral service on Saturday 10th June 2023 at Beotica Chapel. Viewing begins at 1:30pm; the funeral service starts at 2:00pm. Interment will follow at the Fond Toma Public Cemetery in Delices.
