We announce the death of 72 year old Fabien Francis Blanc of St. Joseph. He died on Monday 28th June 2021 at the ICU at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital

Death is really a doorway . His memory will continue to live on . That same day of his passing , my mind was mediating on his contribution , without knowing that he was strugglging for his life .
