We announce the death of of Ms Victoria Matthew aged 74 of Laudat who resided in the USA. She died on March 30th 2025.
She is survived by four children: Francis Arthur Jr, Gretta Henry, Kerwin George and Dr. Ophelia George. She was preceded in death by daughter Cordelia Matthew Toussaint.
Grandchildren: Franklyn, Frances and Francesca Arthur, Jessica Lee, Pearl Volney, Fidelle Moreau, Kyle and Kayla Matthew, Jason and Terrence Toussaint.
Greatgrandchildren: Egbert and Jahiid Walsh and Sarai St Claire.
Siblings; Merrill, Micheal and Florence Matthew, Doreen Simon and Joan Matthew Joseph.
Numerous nieces and nephews.
Close friends and relatives: Zepherine St. Ville, Frances Brooks and Annie George.
Aunt: Shamalie Valmond
Uncle: Pyeto Valmond
Numerous other relatives and friends.
A memorial service for the late Victoria Matthew will be held at our Lady of Fatima Church in Newtown on Wednesday May 14 2025 at 6 pm.
Transportation from Kalinago territory will be provided by Zawa, leaving at 5pm.
Transportation from Laudat will be provided by Dr Redds, leaving Laudat at 5:30pm.
