The cruise ship Carnival Fascination will be making an unexpected call to Dominica. Although the cruise season is not yet officially opened, the cruise ship was forced to make changes to its itinerary because of Tropical Storm Karen.

Tourism officials say that they are doing everything to ensure that the island is ready to receive the cruise passengers.
