Prime Minister of Dominica, Hon. Roosevelt Skerrit has just announced that college tuition in Dominica has been abolished.
The prime minister did reveal at a forum with youth from the Castle Bruce constituency on Saturday that he had some news regarding the college. We await further information on this announcement.
