The Association of Dominicans in the Northeast USA (ADNExUS) continues to contribute to nation building on significant ways.
The association has recently donated three (3) cartons of Soccer Boots to Football clubs in the South East of the Island inclusive of villages like Laplaine, Grand Fond and Delices.
The boots will benefit the players in the Dominica Football Association’s (DFA) Premier League as well as the Junior Players participating in DFA’s Division I League.
According to President/Manager of the South East Football Clubs Association and former Minister of Education and Parliamentary Representative for the Laplaine Constituency, Ronald Green, there was much excitement and words of praise for the ADNExUS.
He expresses gratitude on behalf of the Southeast Football Clubs to the members of ADNExUS for this investment in the youth.
He says humorously in the words of Coach Gavaskar Charles, an original Member/Player of the Club twenty years ago: “First time we have received such a gift!”
The ADNExUS is also responsible for awarding Emerline Anselm of Emonews for her sacrificial work done after Hurricane Maria in connecting families and providing updates on the situation in Dominica to the outside world and providing sewing machines to Royal Globe in Roseau. The Association continues to do formidable work across Dominica
Congratulations to ADNExUS for this amazing gestures.
