Communications/Marketing Officer
The Dominica Social Security invites applications from suitably qualified individuals
to fill the position of Communications/Marketing Officer.
The purpose of this job is to support the Institution’s internal and external communications strategy, write and disseminate publicity material, respond to inquiries from the public and media and coordinate educational/promotional events.
Applicants must have: –
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
- A minimum of two years’ experience in communications/marketing strategy development
- Experience working as a Communications/Marketing Officer or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively, promote the Social Security concept, interact with the public and establish productive relationships with key stakeholders and policy makers.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
