We announce the death of Esther Durand, age 93 of Petite Soufriere who resided in Calibishie. She died on 20th May 2021.
She leaves to mourn:
Six Children: Augustine Nixon and Helen and Stan Prince in the United States, Ephraim Benoit, Eustace and Garnet Nixon in Dominica
Nineteen Grandchildren: Elijah, Curt, Patrick, Moses, Eli, Bentley, Bernadette and Royette Benoit, Kimani Lafond, Gerome and Jazmine Prince, Samantha, Shantavia, Artee, Euniyah, Nicky, Ernet, Nathan, and Rashid Nixon.
Twelve Great-grand Children
One sister: Triffe Durand
Two daughters in law: Fermine Prevost Nixon and Jenether Prince
Twenty-four Nieces including Edith, Veronica, Augustina, Muriel, Julia, Aweyette, Irena, Carmen, Lizette
Twenty-one Nephews including, Austine, Gregorie, Sylvest
Grand Nieces including Maurina Joseph, Patricia Bethelmie, Katie, Deborah and Patricia
Grand Nephews including Enoch, Johnny and Jones Telemaque

Funeral Arrangements
• Funeral Service will take place on Monday 14th June at the SDA Church. Viewing at 2pm followed by service at 3pm
• Internment at the Bense SDA Cemetery
