The Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force (CDPF) has confirmed that 26 year old Jenno Joseph, adult male of 5 A Boyd’s Avenue, Roseau has been arrested and charged for causing death by dangerous driving of Philsbert Felix William, 33 year old of Chance, Portsmouth.
According to PRO of the CDPF, John Carbon, Joseph was driving from a major road into a secondary road when the collision occurred.
The incident occurred on December 26, 2020 on the E.O Leblanc highway in the vicinity of the Dominica Banana Manufacturers Corporation(DBMC) building.
