The Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force (CDPF) is investigating death of Ronnie Francis, male adult of Bellevue Rawle who was found in an unresponsive state in a pool of blood.

The body was transported to the Accident and Emergency Department of the hospital where it was pronounced dead by a medical doctor.

Upon examination, it was revealed that the body sustained a laceration to the left side of the neck.Francis is also known as ‘fireman’ .

He was on remand at the State Prison for Arson.
