The Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force (CDPF) have confirmed the death of Avandale Anselm of Petite Savanne. Anselm was found in his house with multiple wounds on his body.
The incident which is deemed a homicide occurred on Sunday, March 8, 2020.
According to police superintendent Richmond Valentine, one man is in custody assisting the CDPF with investigations.
