The remnants of a frontal boundary are expected to generate an increase in cloudiness and shower activity across Dominica and the rest of the northern Windward Islands during the next 12 to 24 hours.
Moderate to rough seas are expected with waves peaking near 10.0 feet and a small craft warning remains in effect for above normal seas. Seas are projected to gradually improve by tomorrow. Small-craft operators and other users of the sea, particularly on the eastern coast, should remain vigilant and should continue to exercise extreme caution.
