Palm Island Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic Restaurant & Bar Manager for the day-to-day Operation of 2 Bars and Restaurants on the Island. The candidate must be energetic, engaging, flexible and able to think on their feet.
- Have a minimum of 3 Years’ Experience in the same position in 4 / 5 Stars All Inclusive Resorts – Caribbean
- Must be able to upgrade the Restaurant & Bar Operation and maintain high Standards of Health, Safety and Sanitation (HAACP/Serve Safe)
- Strong Leadership skills with a commitment to achieving results and control the costs
- Exceptional service standards with attention to detail and entertaining personality to keep our guests happy
- Possess strong Management, Organization, Communication & Customer Service Skills
- Computer Literate
- Hands on, able to train the team to reach our required Standards
- Dedicated, passionate, hard worker
- Able to function under pressure
- Able to live and work on remote Island
