The Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force(CDPF) has apprehended St.Lucian national, Casy Joseph, who was wanted for allegedly stabbing his girlfriend and her sister in Grandfond.
Joseph was apprehended on the eastern part of the island in an area called Terre Femme near Rosalie.
