UPDATE: CDPF Makes Headway In Murder Investigation At Stockfarm; Arrests Made In Gun And Ammnunition Charges At Grand bay

An adult male is assisting the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force(CDPF) in its investigation into a murder which took place on Sunday at Stockfarm where an adult female later identified as Tricia Wiltshire of Castle Bruce who lived at Stockfarm was found at her residence with multiple stab wounds to her body.

The Police Chief said that while the individual has not been formally charged, he can assure residents that the individual will be charged for murder.

According to official Police reports, the incident took place between the hours of 8 and 8:30 on Sunday 24 January, 2021.

Wiltshire was an employee of Perky’s Pizza in Roseau.

In other Police news, three firearms and forty rounds of ammunition was seized in the Grandbay area which led to the arrest of three individuals who are assisting the CDPF with the investigation.

Investigations are also being conducted into two reports where dead bodies were discovered. Kenneth Armour was found at his home in Wesley while an adult male whose name is yet to be released was found lying on the beach at Lagoon, Portsmouth.
