The Parent Teacher Association of the Calibishie Primary School organized a Sweet Potato day on Wednesday, January 30th, 2019. Students as well as parents were supposed to prepare and showcase a variety of ways in which sweet potato can be prepared.

Among the dishes prepared were: Sweet potato pies, chips, balls, bakes, cakes, pudding, doughnuts, juice, punch, and many others. The parents were excited to showcase these dishes and were also happy to share this moment with the staff and students at the school.
