Dominican teacher Whitney Christopher-Lavinier has achieved a lifelong dream with the publication of her debut novel, From Sunrise to Sunset: Dreams. The first book in the From Sunrise to Sunset series.
The novel tells the story of two people who share the same mysterious dream of a tragic wedding that ends in heartbreak. Determined to discover the meaning behind the dream, they eventually travel to Australia, where they uncover the truth and begin a journey that changes their lives forever. Blending romance, mystery, suspense, and adventure, the novel explores themes of destiny, love, and the enduring connection between two souls.
The inspiration for the story came from a heartfelt conversation with Whitney’s husband. During a discussion about love and the afterlife, he remarked, “When I die, don’t fall in love with anyone else because I will be waiting for you in the next life.” Wondering how they would recognize one another, Whitney suggested they would dream of each other. That simple exchange became the spark that inspired From Sunrise to Sunset: Dreams.
