Using the website
Reading our news is free and does not require an account. Use the website lawfully. Do not disrupt its operation, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person or use automated tools to copy or exploit our content without permission.
Reader accounts
Where you use an account, provide an email address you control and keep access to your email secure. Sign-in links are personal, single-use and expire after 15 minutes. You are responsible for your account activity. We may restrict or close accounts that misuse the website.
Comments and submissions
Comments are available only where enabled and may be moderated before publication. Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, threatening, hateful or misleading material, private information without permission, spam or content that infringes another person’s rights.
You must have the necessary rights to any text, photographs or other material you submit. You retain ownership of your contributions. By submitting material for publication, you permit EmoNews to edit, publish and display it for that purpose, with any additional use subject to the arrangement agreed with you. Sharing and reusing our journalism
Our articles, images, videos and branding belong to EmoNews or the relevant rights holders. You may share links and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the original, subject to applicable law. Republishing complete articles, using our photographs or videos, commercial reuse or use for model training requires permission from the appropriate rights holder.
Accuracy and corrections
We aim to report accurately. If you believe a story contains an error, email editor@emonewsdm.com with the story link and details. Published corrections are listed on our corrections page.
Advertisements and external links
Advertising placements are identified separately from editorial content. An advert or external link is not a guarantee or endorsement of the provider’s goods, services or claims.
