On January 15th, 2019, Kimara Mathew, owner of Finese Body and founder of S.T.E.P initiative addressed the group of participants who will be engaged in a seven weeks program at the UWI open Campus.
According to Ms. Mathew, ” This day marks a pivotal moment for all participants who are now enrolled in this program. It shows that our people are indeed resilient and always looking for ways and means to improve their lives and make the most of their resources. It speaks of your willingness to grab the baton and reach to a whole new level . It is our hope to help condition each of you and create an atmosphere for growth, knowledge and principle. I thank God for birthing such great initiative and may all a glory and honor be onto him.”
STEP will focus on communication and social skills, quality Customer Service, Sewing and Garment Building, Deportment and grooming, operational competency, work ethics, and Emotional intelligence.
