Prime Minister of Dominica, Hon. Roosevelt Skerrit informed the nation on Sunday that he had authorized 1 million dollars to be given to St.vincent and the Grenadines towards their relief efforts.

He said, “I want to inform the nation that last week I authorize a donation of EC 1 million dollars to the Government and people of St.Vincent in response to the volcanic eruption. So we are very to have been in a position to make such a contribution in response efforts to the Government and people of St.vincent”.

The Prime Minister also confirmed that Dominica will also help with drinking water . He also encouraged Dominicans to make contributions in whatever way they can.
